Who is responsible

Information stored by the app
The app stores your chosen daily intention, habits, focus settings, schedules, and privacy-preserving app, category, and website selection tokens locally on your device. Settings needed to apply blocks are shared with Morrowise’s own extensions through an Apple App Group. These selections are used to provide the focus controls you request.
Screen Time access
With your authorization, Morrowise uses Apple Family Controls, Managed Settings, and Device Activity to apply restrictions and display activity reports. Reports are processed by Apple’s Screen Time frameworks on your device. Morrowise does not upload your app-by-app usage history, selection tokens, or habits to its own server, or use them for advertising.
Purchases
Apple processes in-app purchases. Morrowise uses StoreKit transaction and entitlement information to determine whether Plus is active and to restore purchases. We do not receive your payment card details. Apple handles purchases under its own privacy terms.
Support email
If you contact support, we receive your email address, your message, and any attachments you choose to send. We use this information to respond and investigate the issue. Email is processed through our email provider. Do not send passwords, verification codes, or sensitive usage history. Request deletion of a support conversation by emailing the address above; records may be retained where needed to meet legal obligations.
This support website
This website is hosted on Cloudflare. Serving and protecting the site involves technical request information such as IP addresses, requested pages, browser information, and request times. Cloudflare processes this information to deliver and secure its services. We have not added advertising trackers, analytics scripts, account registration, or a contact form to this website. Your email application opens when you select Contact support.
Retention and your controls
App settings remain locally until changed, removed, or the app’s data is deleted. Device backups and restores may retain app data under your Apple settings. You can turn off Morrowise blocks in My plan and revoke Screen Time access through iOS settings. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription; manage subscriptions through your Apple Account.
Sharing and international processing
We do not sell app data or share Screen Time history with advertisers or data brokers. Apple, Cloudflare, and our email provider process information relevant to their services and may process it outside your country. We may disclose support records when required by law.
Children
Morrowise is intended for individuals managing their own device usage. It does not offer an account or a service for remotely monitoring another person. If you believe a child sent personal information to support, contact us so we can address it.
Changes and requests
We will publish changes here with an updated effective date. For access, correction, or deletion requests relating to information you have sent us, contact mamarch.abdelkarim@gmail.com. Information that remains only on your device is managed through the app and iOS.
